The aim is to explore and prove cross-sector demonstration of the entire process chain from the production of renewable hydrogen till its use in industry, mobility etc. as well as carbon capture and usage to achieve carbon neutrality. Possible usage of the funding instrument in the P2G context: Electrolyser plants and whole P2G Hubs can be funded.

Eligibility Criteria Funding can be given to private companies, universities and research organisations, small and medium enterprises, associations, municipalities etc.
Co-Financing Rate 35-85 %; max funding for non-Austrian partners – 20% of overall project amount.
Volume 17 Mio. €
Duration Exploratory projects – max. 12 months, cooperative R&D projects – max. 3 years.
Limitations Max. funding amount for cooperative R&D projects – 1 M€, for flagship projects – minimum funding amount - 2 M€.
Periodicity thus far Application possible from 14.12.2022 till 29.03.2023
